Iron Phosphate Pretreatment
Less sludge, more performance.
Pretreatment is an essential step in producing long-lasting coatings that will continuously perform to the highest standards. Our 5- stage iron phosphate pretreatment process can be applied to almost any type of metal, is 100% chromium and lead free and produces less harmful byproducts than other common pretreatment methods.

We utilize most types of abrasive medias as required per application. As with all of our services, we strive to reduce waste and dispose of byproducts in the most responsible fashion possible.
